Last evening, families of residents were invited to celebrate Thanksgiving with their loved ones. We had a great time! A big thank you to the staff that prepared the tasty dinner and the entertainment who interacted with residents. Lots of laughs and good memories.

Heart Homes is welcoming sort of place, very well managed and well kept. My father had dementia, as he became worse we were unable to provide the level of care he needed at home. It was touching how they took care of their residents, one resident was very bonded with his dog and when he moved in they also welcomed his dog. Who does that? Heart Homes made an awful experience easier and better.

We moved my father-in-law to Heart Homes almost three years ago. We had no bad experiences with them at all. They communicated whenever he needed anything, about his medications, when the doctor saw him, everything. We never found his room or bathroom in any state of disarray or unclean. He was dressed whenever we went and we never saw any other of the residents in a bad way either. He was on the memory care side but still communicated with us and was happy and content whenever we saw him. While it is true that Heart Homes doesn't have a lot of extra "bells and whistles", the place was always clean and the residents cared for. I watched on many occasions the staff taking extra care of a resident, and not when they knew I saw. If you look at social media, there are many pictures of activities they did do. Sadly, Covid brought a halt to everything but they also got most, if not all, of the residents safely through the beginning and arranged for the vaccines as soon as possible for each resident, with family permission. There are still mitigation requirements in place to continue to keep residents safe. We just lost my father-in-law and more than one of the staff were crying in his room along with us. That to us was the final testament to how much they cared for him.

I wanted you to know that we feel like we could not have placed our loved one in a better facility. Every staff member we dealt with was unfailingly compassionate and professional and demonstrated every day through their actions that their highest priority was the well-being of the residents.

I just wanted to express my thanks for all the kind care you gave to my mother while she was with you, as well as all the care you gave to us, the family. I know you had the added stress of dealing with a family that was having communication problems of their own. Bless you all. Becky from Hospice told me more than once that if she had a family member who needed assisted living, she would want them to be at your facility. Thanks again, so much.

We want to say thank you for all you and your staff did for our mother. You and your staff made her final days in her journey happy ones. The care she received was exceptional. Your staff saw to all of her needs. When her time came they were there for support to our Family. We left part of our heart there.

Thank you for creating HeartHomes. This was a very hard decision to have to make but I love HeartHomes. The staff there is so kind. I’m so appreciative of how they take care of my mom. I just wanted you to know how pleased I am and I tell everyone! It's hard to put someone you love somewhere and let perfect strangers take care of them, but I feel you all are the best of the best.

Thank you all so much for taking such great care of our mom. We so appreciated it! You made a bad situation not so bad. You all became family I can't say enough or thank you enough for all you did for my mom. This is a hard job you have there. But you all do so well. HeartHomes is special because of the staff from Kerri all the way down the chain. We thank you and love you all.

HearthHomes blessed us with many opportunities for our family to be together. This is something a previous facility would not allow. I cannot express what a blessing that was for us and Mom. Those times are now cherished memories in her last four months of life, that we could share. The Christmas party held for the residents was spectacular! We had the chance to sing & dance with Mom. It is especially special because it was our last Christmas with her. We now have pictures and videos that will always remind us of that time.

The staff is caring and displays a gentleness with the residents. Mom was always clean, well-fed, and content. HeartHomes is truly a part of my family and will always hold a special place in my heart.
